To support our growth, we are recruiting a team lead for our Virtual CISO practice (M-CISO). What will you be doing? This exciting opportunity positions you as team lead within our growing M-CISO practice. You'll play a key role in building and expanding this service, directly impacting our clients' cyber security posture. This role requires a deep understanding of complex security landscapes, a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As the lead of our M-CISO practice, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our CISO consultancy services, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of innovative security solutions. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a long-term vision for the CISO consultancy, aligning with the overall business objectives. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, expanding our service offerings Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the consultancy team, encouraging continuous learning and development. Team Building and Management: Recruit, hire, and develop a talented team of security experts. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a high-performance culture. Establish clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to drive team performance. Client Engagement and Delivery: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique security challenges and providing solutions Oversee the delivery of CISO consultancy services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. Lead client engagements, providing strategic guidance and expert advice on complex security issues. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding the client base. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the CISO consultancy services. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads and close deals. Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in the cybersecurity industry through speaking engagements, publications, and industry participation. Contribute to industry forums and conferences, sharing insights and best practices. Build strong relationships with industry partners and influencers. Required Skills and Experience: Proven track record as a CISO, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices. Extensive experience in building and leading high-performing security teams. Strong business acumen and a passion for driving growth and innovation. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong client relationship management skills and a focus on delivering exceptional service. Advanced degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
