The Opportunity
The firm are currently looking for a talented and ambitious Employment Lawyer to join the team. The role is open to candidates who can be based in any of their UK offices, offering flexibility, a strong collaborative culture, and access to top-tier work across the full spectrum of employment law.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, restructurings, and senior exits.
* Managing Employment Tribunal litigation, often in high-value or reputationally sensitive cases.
* Supporting corporate transactions, including due diligence and employment aspects of M&A.
* Providing strategic advice to clients on workforce planning, industrial relations, and regulatory compliance.
* Contributing to business development initiatives and thought leadership.
Candidate Profile
* Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent).
* 2–7 years' PQE (flexible depending on experience and fit).
* Strong background in employment law from a recognised firm or in-house legal team.
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
* A proactive team player with a commercial mindset.
