Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Assessor/Skills Coach to join the expanding NVQ division, working remotely with clients nationwide to deliver NVQs in trades, supervision, and construction management. Key Responsibilities of the Trainer/Assessor - Construction Management: • Prepare, administer, and assess NVQ candidates, offering comprehensive support throughout their learning journey • Support learners within Construction Programmes, including and Level 3 in Construction Site Supervision and NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management • Work collaboratively with Site Managers and clients to track and support candidates’ progress • Conduct regular reviews of candidate progress, assist with action planning, and guide learning through an e-portfolio system • Participate in assessment planning, schemes of assessment, and standardisation meetings • Liaise closely with NVQ administration, Plant NVQ, and Apprenticeship teams • Guide candidates in gathering required NVQ evidence, both remotely and on-site • Provide candidates with advice, guidance, and information on learning progression and additional qualifications Required Experience and Skills for the Trainer/Assessor- Construction Management: • Vocational competence in Construction Site Management • Ideally hold a Management qualification, with strong vocational skills in Construction management • Experience with both face-to-face and remote teaching and coaching is required • Hands-on approach with the ability to engage learners in workshops, one-on-one coaching, and regular feedback • Assessor qualifications such as TAQA or CAVA ) • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple learners and adapt to individual needs • A collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to a close-knit team that values innovation and success • Full, clean driving licence required for occasional UK travel Why Join This Training Provider? • Opportunity to contribute your industry expertise in a supportive, high-quality training environment • Strong company reputation and close-knit, innovative team If you’re passionate about supporting learners in achieving their qualifications and ready to join a leading provider in the field, we encourage you to apply
