Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to delivery of the Trust's adult services transformation portfolio, which focuses on our Adult Patient Journey Programme. This post is integral to the Strategy, Transformation and Commercial Development team in the Trust and will work closely with the three adult Service Lines. You need to be able to form strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to deliver work at pace internally and externally. The role requires good organization and planning skills and experience in service redesign. You also need to understand how to successfully engage stakeholders and ensure co-production is embedded. This will be a fast-paced role in a complex and changing environment and will suit someone who likes a challenge and enjoys working with and across a variety of organisations and people. Main duties of the job You will need to work internally across our three adult Service Lines and other colleagues to deliver the Trust-wide adult transformation programme, Adult Patient Journey. You will manage a suite of projects across its workstreams, including through enabling programmes and collaboration with programme colleagues. You will ensure projects are effectively reported into programme governance, including the Adult Patient Journey Programme Board and Better Communities Improvement Group and others as required. To do this, you will have to develop strong and effective relationships with colleagues across the Trust, and externally. You will ensure the projects you are responsible for are connected and aligned to programme objectives and principles.
