Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and industry regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Commitment to health & safety practices and compliance. As a Junior Building Services Engineer: Assist in the design, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Support senior engineers in technical reviews, documentation, and compliance checks. Monitor site progress, ensuring installations align with project specifications and timelines. Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to drive efficient project execution. Contribute to safety, quality, and energy efficiency objectives, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Assist in commissioning and handover processes, ensuring smooth project completion.
