My client is in the market for an experienced D365 System Administrator to join their team. If you have strong on-prem experience and enjoy working in a dynamic, supportive environment where your contributions truly matter, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
* Monitor System Health: Regularly check on the D365 system, focusing on service fabric clusters and servers.
* User Setup & Data Management: Onboard new users (including adding currencies like Bitcoin) and perform key tasks in the Data Management module.
* Production Systems Management: Oversee and scale production systems, currently managing 2, with plans to expand to 5 by March.
* Code Deployment: Manage code deployments in test and UAT environments (knowledge of Azure Pipelines is a bonus).
* Server Management & Troubleshooting: Handle server-related issues, raise tickets, and troubleshoot server errors.
* Power BI & Data Warehousing (Bonus): Experience with Power BI and data warehousing will be highly valued.
* Security: Fine-tune security settings, manage duties and privileges, and help optimize licensing within D365.
* SysAdmin Tasks: Perform general admin duties and take ownership of responsibilities in Microsoft 365 Services (D365, Azure, LCS, and DevOps Pipelines).
* Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside a DBA, Power BI expert, and D365 SysAdmin in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with clients and stakeholders.
What You Need:
* 3+ years of D365 experience (on-prem is essential).
* Troubleshooting skills with server error logs and performance issues.
* Experience with PowerShell and Azure (not essential but beneficial).
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
* An appreciation for a relaxed, team-oriented atmosphere with a bit of banter!
