This is an exciting position for an experienced Account Manager within the IT industry, who wishes to join a rapidly growing company and be part of their success. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will manage and support existing clients whilst ensuring a high level of customer service across all engagements. Having a background in nurturing accounts & delivering bespoke solutions will set you up well for success in this fast-paced environment. Although this position is 75% account management, there will be many opportunities to grow the existing client base, which you will be remunerated for. The Role As part of the account management team, you will be involved in every aspect of account management. This includes working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to create custom solutions that meet and exceed client needs. Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, fostering, and strengthening these relationships to expand their accounts and drive profitable business growth. Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for the diverse range of products and services. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to prepare proposals, quotes, and design innovative IT solutions, including cloud and cybersecurity services. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and existing clients. Conduct regular visits to customer sites or engage with them remotely to maintain and strengthen relationships. Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients at all organizational levels. Develop and maintain a sales forecast that outlines current and future business opportunities. Monitor and manage your sales performance in alignment with company objectives and targets, aiming to build a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed these targets. Review your activities and report monthly revenues and opportunities to senior management. The Experience Strong relevant experience in the IT or technology sector. Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and success. Demonstrated success as a business-to-business account manager, particularly in selling IT solutions to enterprise-level accounts. Experience in maintaining an effective network of contacts and building relationships at senior levels within customer and prospect organizations. Proven ability to take ownership of bid and proposal production, working alongside clients and internal pre-sales technical teams to deliver accurate and detailed proposals.
