Responsibilities:
As a Sales Coordinator based in Norwich you’ll be responsible for:
* Serving customers behind the trading counter, providing exceptional customer service
* Answering inbound calls and emails and dealing with customer queries
* Building strong relationships with customers and upselling where possible
* Finding new business opportunities to grow sales within the branch
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm.

* Confidence to speak to customers both in person and over the phone
