We are seeking a dynamic and motivated General Manager to lead our team and ensure the successful operation of our catering services at a small contract catering unit dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences for our clients. Our focus is on quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands on General Manager role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the unit, from day-to-day operations to strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the catering unit, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and grow the business. Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures. Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and staff development. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role within the catering or hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen and experience in budget management. A passion for food, quality, and customer service.
