Service Desk Analyst Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at CSG Talent. This role involves managing Incidents and Requests, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with resolver groups, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing reports to track and analyze service desk performance
* Supporting internal and external customer requests in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting with planned maintenance and ensuring seamless service delivery
Requirements:
* SC Cleared or SC Clearable
* ITIL Foundation Certificate
