Brook Street are looking for aHealth & Safety Administratorto assist in maintaining a safe working environment for staff, visitors, and contractors. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contributing to key safety initiatives.Key Responsibilities:?? Assist the Health & Safety Advisor in carrying out risk assessments and inspections
?? Support the management of health & safety services and supplies contracts
?? Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and policies
?? Maintain and update health & safety records, including intranet content
?? Process purchase orders and invoices within timescales
?? Act as a point of contact for health & safety queries and customer service matters
?? Occasionally deputise for the Health & Safety Advisor as neededWhat We're Looking For:? Knowledge of health & safety regulations, including PUWER and fire safety regulations
? Strong administrative and organisational skills
? Ability to liaise with various teams and contractors effectively
? Experience in risk assessment and safety compliance is desirable
