Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Installations Lecturer to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to students pursuing qualifications in electrical installations. This is an exciting opportunity to share your expertise, inspire students, and contribute to the development of the next generation of electricians.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver effective teaching sessions in electrical installations, adhering to curriculum requirements and academic standards.
* Create engaging learning materials, assessments, and activities to support student learning and development.
* Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic and career goals.
* Assess student progress through formative and summative assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in electrical installations or a related field.
* Teaching qualification (desirable but not essential for unqualified applicants).
* Proven experience in electrical installations, preferably in an educational or training setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to electrical installations.
