Operations Assistant - Full Time
Location: Guildford, UK - office based
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Fixed Term Contract: Until March 2026

About the Role:
As their Operations Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of their office operations, ensuring a smooth, organised environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Having oversight of the consultancy team diaries and emails ensuring clients' needs are met and time is recorded accurately.
* Working with the finance team to ensure the invoicing is accurate, timely and client queries are handled.
* Manage the client contract process and deal with contract renewals.
* Track company KPI’s.
* Managing and organising company events.
* Coordinating meetings, bookings, and ensuring new leads are dealt with by the relevant people.
* Assisting with new team member onboarding and setup (e.g. logins, systems access).
* Managing office supplies and vendor relationships.
* Answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
* Supporting team projects and administrative tasks as needed.
* Maintaining a welcoming workspace for team members—and their dogs!
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a similar role, ideally in the professional services industry. The ability to multitask and attention to detail is essential to be successful in this role.
