Your responsibilities will include leading a talented team, developing and refining scheduling processes, and driving performance improvements. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all scheduling needs are met efficiently and effectively. Location: Birmingham Monday to Friday, full time (Permanent) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead a Dedicated Team: Oversee and manage a team of scheduling professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Innovate and Improve: Develop and implement new scheduling processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Analyse and Optimize: Monitor scheduling metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions. Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly. Mentor and Develop: Train and mentor team members, helping them to grow and excel in their roles. Report and Present: Prepare and present regular reports on scheduling performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate Background: Proven experience as a Scheduling Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in scheduling software and tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
