Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the store, ensuring it is well-presented with inspiring displays and that McGee’s products are showcased effectively. Enhance customer engagement by ensuring every customer interaction is positive, thereby strengthening customer loyalty. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with legislation. Motivate your team to achieve weekly KPIs and company targets. Collaborate with the Regional Manager on store performance, setting objectives, and driving continuous improvement. Foster a positive working environment by treating your team, colleagues, and managers with respect and consideration. Skills and Experience Required Minimum of two years of retail management experience, preferably in fresh foods. Passionate about retail with a strong drive to boost sales, maximize profits, and minimize waste. Professional demeanor with strong communication skills. Engaging, inspiring, and focused leadership style. Adaptable and flexible with a solid understanding of the role and its environment. Polite, efficient, and friendly with excellent customer service skills. Ability to motivate and manage team performance effectively. Capable of evaluating information and formulating effective plans. Proficient in IT, particularly Excel.
