Service Coordinator Position - Maidstone
Join a leading local business as a part-time Service Coordinator in Maidstone. This role offers a pay rate of £13.25 per hour, working 5 days a week for 6 hours daily between 7AM and 5PM, with every other Saturday from 7AM to 12PM.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scheduling routine service and maintenance for the fleet
2. Handling customer queries
3. Advising customers on suitable options to meet their needs
4. Maintaining databases and in-house systems (SAGE)
5. Planning fleet hire
6. Ensuring high attention to detail and effective time management
7. Communicating effectively both in writing and verbally
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in planning and scheduling, ideally from the motor industry, is preferred. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail are essential.
