The Amazon Fire TV 3P team is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead sales & marketing initiatives in Europe. In this highly visible role, you will manage sales and marketing strategies for 3P Amazon Fire TV products, working closely with offline retail partners, online Amazon retail sales and onsite merchandising teams to ensure your products reaches its maximum potential both on and offline. Our ideal candidate will have extensive offline retail sales and marketing experience, be able to analyse forecasting and sales data to propose marketing initiatives, and have experience driving demand for a business or category. You must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed (including managing campaigns, digging into insights and trends, planning & executing promotions, and analysing data). You will show hustle, take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture. As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate on the sales and marketing strategy and own the execution for your product sales in online and offline channels. You will be the primary contact for multiple products and work with a cross-functional team including business development, product development, GTM, finance, retail, and merchandising to develop and execute a multi-year plan to grow the business. You will own marketing funnel optimization across channels, promotion planning and execution, inventory management, sales and engagement analytics, and regular leadership presentations. Externally you will work with OEM's, ODM's and retail partners to drive awareness and sales across a range of 3P Fire TV products. The successful candidate should be both an idea generator and builder, with a strong sense of accountability, and a keen focus on delivering great customer experiences and strong, measurable results. That means, you will operate both strategically and tactically with a proven track record of thinking big to drive new opportunities, diving deep in data to uncover customer insights, and maintaining operational excellence within your products and with colleagues across Amazon. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment, invent and simplify, and communicate clearly and persuasively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology products, take strong ownership of the business, and be comfortable executing and giving feedback on new playbooks to maximize sales growth and efficiency.
