About the Role Working within the Bulk Line team, this role is an excellent opportunity to take your career within Food Production to the next level by continually developing your skills, being involved with a wide variety of day-to-day responsibilities, and becoming indispensable to the efficient running of the site. As a Section Leader in our team your key responsibilities will be: Day to day management of a team of around 60 colleagues including absence management, Planning of labour and production, Ensuring adherence to strict health, safety and hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers. Ensuring products meet the high-quality standards required Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders This fast-paced role requires strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
