ArvatoConnect are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to close deals. You will play a pivotal role in developing relationships, supporting strategic account-based marketing, and providing key market insights to shape our business strategies.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll be central to achieving ambitious sales targets and shaping the future of the business.
While this role is home-based, a full driving license is required with travel to our office locations, plus current and prospective clients as and when needed.

Core Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation – Identify and qualify sales leads, build a strong client pipeline, and manage opportunities using HubSpot.
* Opportunity Development – Deliver presentations, prepare proposals, and lead or support business opportunities in collaboration with senior team members.
* Account-Based Marketing Support – Provide feedback on market trends and follow up on leads generated from marketing initiatives.
* Market Analysis and Reporting – Analyse market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities and support strategic decisions.
* Team Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Skills and Experience:
* Demonstrable ability to sell complex CX, BPO, or similar solutions in a B2B environment.
* 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development.
* Familiarity with the UK CX and BPO markets is preferred.
* Proven ability to develop and implement successful business development or account strategies.
* A strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* Strong research and analytical skills for understanding markets, businesses, and competition.
* Tech-savvy, with an interest in tech trends and their impact on businesses.
