Corporate and Quality Assurance Advisor - South Aberdeen
The Role
The Corporate Assurance Advisor's responsibilities include facilitating and managing the company's integrated Business Management system to meet the requirements of all interested parties, including customers, regulatory, and certification authorities/providers.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct and facilitate BMS Audits and Improvement plans.
2. Conduct and facilitate MAH, Rig/Asset Assurance Audits Offshore and Shipyard.
3. Monitor and support the timely close out of BMS reports including Non-Conformances, Lessons Learned, and Management of Change.
4. Support BMS Investigations, Root Cause Analysis, and the ongoing monitoring of preventative measures.
5. Facilitate the delivery of Corporate Assurance Knowledge, Awareness, and Competence initiatives.
6. Facilitate Independent Verification body, Approval body, External Provider, and/or Interested Party Audits and Assessment activities.
7. Support Asset transition plans and assurance activities.
8. Be proactive in the implementation of Project Assurance plans.
9. Provide support to members of the HSE Team.
10. Support and mentor onshore and offshore personnel.
11. Contribute to and support HSE Strategies, Aims, and Objectives.
12. Assist in the promotion of a culture of excellence through continuous improvement to achieve departmental and company aims and objectives.
13. Carry out any other tasks required within the competence of the role and the jobholder.

Skills & Experience
Essential
1. Oil and Gas Industry experience.
2. Offshore Survival.
3. Certified Internal Auditor Training as recognised by IRCA.
4. Minimum 2 years experience in the auditing of QHSE Management systems.
5. Proven experience in the production of Process and Procedural documentation.
6. Health and Safety Qualification.
7. Environmental Qualification.
8. Investigation and Root Cause Analysis Training.
9. Experience in the use of Software for the implementation of an approved MS.
Desired
1. Health and Safety Qualification at IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
2. Certified Lead Auditor Training as recognised by IRCA.
Salary: £45-55K
