Our client has a customer service and support role that will include taking and processing customer orders - including payments - over the phone and via email.
Responsibilities will involve:
* Taking orders by phone, email, and post and fulfilling the order on the appropriate IT system(s) with a high degree of accuracy, including processing payments.
* Managing queries from customers and internal colleagues about orders placed.
* Managing requests for returns or complaints in line with company policy and ensuring the customer is clear about their responsibilities with regards to the returns/complaints process.
* Contacting couriers to resolve queries from customers or internal colleagues and making arrangements for the collection of returns.
* Building strong working relationships with internal colleagues to ensure everyone is working to deliver the best service possible to our customers.
