Overview of role Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects in alignment with business objectives. Responsible for project planning, timeline management, and resource allocation to meet deliverables. Ensure technical requirements are translated into actionable project plans with clear milestones and responsibilities. Prepare and present project documentation, including status reports, technical reviews, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency and alignment Monitor key project performance indicators and escalate risks or deviations proactively. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to understand their requirements and expectations regarding project deliverables. Develop strong working relationships to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure stakeholder expectations are met. International travel to customer and supplier sites may be required multiple times per year. Identify potential project risks related to timeline, budget, and technical feasibility, and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to industry standards such as IATF 16949 and AS9100, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Plan and execute project phases in line with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodologies. Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with cost objectives. About you Proven experience in project management within the automotive, aerospace, or equivalent manufacturing environment with Tier 1 and/or OEM exposure Utilises project management methodologies (e.g., APQP, PPAP, or Stage-Gate processes) Would be advantageous if has industry regulations and standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100). Ability to interpret and manage technical documentation. Ideally a trained engineer, who has a background within automotive or aerospace manufacturing. Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
