We are currently seeking a Director for our Healthcare Sector to join us on a permanent, full-time basis here at TIAA Ltd.

The Key Purpose of the Role is:
* To drive revenue growth and optimise the organisation’s Healthcare growth plan, while managing risks and regulatory requirements.
* To acquire new customers in the Healthcare sector.
* To be instrumental in the design of sector activity and the delivery of services in accordance with our high-quality standards.
* To be an ambassador for TIAA and operate within our key values and ethics as a B Corp accredited firm.
* To oversee the management of an effective CRM tool to pipeline prospects for the Healthcare sector.
* The achievement of all sales targets and revenue growth objectives in the Healthcare sector.
* To represent the firm across the industry in raising awareness of our brand, services, and market presence.
* To work with the Commercial Director, SMT members, and Corporate Leadership Team to actively influence the performance, direction, and leadership of our people in achieving our business objectives.
