Vision for Education is seeking an inspirational Special Needs Supply Teacher to provide tailored, individualized learning for students with complex needs in a supportive and nurturing environment. We are partnering with a number of specialist schools in the Grantham and surrounding areas to recruit Special Needs Supply Teachers. These schools cater to students with Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and other sensory and learning needs. Many of these children work at levels below those typically expected for their age, and your role will be to help unlock their potential in a setting designed to meet their unique learning requirements. Requirements To be considered for the position of Special Needs Supply Teacher, you will: Be a qualified teacher. Have proven experience in supporting students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), ideally within a mainstream or special education setting. Demonstrate the ability to teach across a range of subjects while tailoring your approach to the individual learning needs of students. Show empathy, patience, and creativity in adapting your teaching methods to engage students effectively.
