The Role
As a Graduate / Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the smooth running of the project. Your role will involve:

Assisting with site supervision and subcontractor coordination.

Monitoring construction progress and reporting on key milestones.

Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed on site.
*
Supporting quality control and maintaining high construction standards.
*
Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
*
Recording daily site activity and workforce levels.
*
Helping to identify and mitigate project risks.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:

A relevant degree/HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

A proactive and hands-on approach to learning.

A passion for the construction industry and a willingness to develop.
