Teaching Assistants - South and West Wales
Equal Education Partners is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants across South West Wales! If you have a passion for supporting children in their educational journey, this is the role for you! You will be working in a school environment where teamwork and communication are key. You'll assist primary school teachers in delivering lessons and helping students reach their full potential.
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Helping to prepare classroom materials and resources
* Assisting students during lessons and providing 1:1 support as needed
* Encouraging students to engage with learning while fostering a positive classroom atmosphere
* Supporting the teacher in managing classroom behaviour effectively

Requirements
* Experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting
* A positive and friendly demeanour that encourages students to learn
* Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and fellow staff
* A valid DBS check or the willingness to obtain one
* Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in Wales
* Valid UK Right to Work
