What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governing Body of Corpus Christi Federation wishes to appoint an excellent practitioner to join our dedicated team. We need an outstanding HLTA who will be responsible for preparing (within the framework set by the teacher) and delivering high quality learning activities for whole classes to cover for PPA and other planned release across our Federation of schools. The role will include monitoring pupils; assessing, recording and reporting on their achievement, progress and development as agreed with teachers.
We require an adaptable, experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated HLTA with good literacy and numeracy skills to play a leading role in the development of our children. Good communication skills are essential for this post, as is a willingness to work flexibly, at different sites, alongside a range of children and adults. You will be a committed, enthusiastic team member who is positive at all times.
