Job Advertisement: Health and Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities
1. Provide full administration support for the Health & Safety team, including documentation reviews and accommodation bookings.
2. Coordinate client delivery and team diary management.
3. Be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, offering support where appropriate and directing the call, recording the details on the internal database.
4. Complete the sales administration process for both new and renewing clients.
5. Work closely with the wider operational and business acquisition teams and assist in the administration and formatting requirements.
Skills Required
1. IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
2. Previous CRM experience is essential.
3. Team player and able to work on own initiative.
4. Ability to prioritise and plan workload.
5. Well organised and able to multi-task.
