About the Role: Teaching Personnel is excited to offer fantastic graduate opportunities for those with degrees/diplomas in Early Years and Childhood Studies. Join us as an EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse in Blackpool (FY1). This is a perfect role for graduates passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a positive impact on young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the learning and development of children in the EYFS setting.
* Assist in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Monitor and record children's progress and development.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
* Encourage positive social interactions and support children's emotional well-being.
Requirements:
* Degree in Early Years, Childhood Studies, or a related field.
* ✅ Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
* ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to build strong, positive relationships with children and staff.
