We currently have a vacancy for a Media Planning Manager/Account Manager at Adgen based in our Leamington Spa office.
The Media Planning Manager will join our team, working alongside experienced media colleagues. The main purpose of the role is to provide a blend of account management skills and media planning capabilities to drive client success.
You'll be responsible for:
1. Campaign Planning & Delivery:
* Receive and interrogate briefs from clients, ensuring thorough understanding of objectives and requirements.
* Conduct desk research and gather insights to inform campaign strategies, including media plans.
* Deliver detailed media plans aligned with client goals and objectives.
* Contribute to client campaign presentations, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
* Lead end-to-end responses on campaigns with budgets under £30k, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
* Recommend and agree on campaign reporting cadence with clients and deliver reporting excellence to clients, providing ongoing, mid-campaign, and campaign-dependent updates.
* Deliver client feedback and amendments to campaigns, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
* Brief signed-off plan for digital delivery setup and coordinate asset delivery and deployment.
* Ensure effective campaign setup & tracking is in place prior to launch, obtaining necessary approvals.
* Set KPIs and report on campaign performance via dashboards, iterating with clients as needed.
* Set and execute regular campaign audits to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Deliver End of Campaign (EOC) decks summarizing campaign performance and insights.
1. Media Planning & Execution:
* Develop and implement media strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with client goals.
* Conduct media research, analyse data, and provide insights to optimise media plans.
* Experienced in using audience planning tools such as TGI, with proven ability to translate the data into actionable insights.
* Manage media buying, negotiations, and placements to maximise ROI.
* Oversee campaign performance, reporting, and adjustments as needed.
2. Client Service:
* Work as part of the client relationship team acting as a key contact ensuring their needs are met through effective account management and media planning.
* Nurture and develop existing client relationships, coordinating plans to maintain regular contact.
* Attend regular meetings and work-in-progress sessions to ensure client needs are met effectively.
* Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
3. Commercial:
* Oversee and be accountable for achieving client targets, identifying, and converting proactive opportunities to drive revenue.
4. Sales & Marketing:
* Support marketing objectives and contribute to tenders & pitches to attract new clients and business opportunities.
* Attend industry events to build a strong network and support growth and client development.

What are we offering?
The salary range for this role is £35,000 - £37,000 and this is dependent on skills and experience.
