Our pub is bustling riverside venue that's popular with locals and visitors, offering a welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and a great selection of drinks. As a Front of House Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.
Qualifications
You'll lead and motivate the front of house team, ensuring high standards of service;
manage daily operations, ensuring smooth service during busy periods;
train, support, and guide staff to deliver excellent customer service;
ensure cleanliness, safety, and organisation across all front of house areas,
handle customer queries, complaints, and reservations in a professional manner
work closely with the management and the kitchen team to maintain a seamless guest experience
