Accounts Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Bromborough
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounts department. This role requires strong basic accounting skills, the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers, and proficiency in using accounts packages.
Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day management of the Nominal, Sales, and Purchase ledgers including posting of data.
2. Payroll.
3. Credit Control.
4. Bank reconciliations.
5. Preparation of information as required.
6. Dealing with suppliers regarding payments and invoices, including statement reconciliation.
7. Raising sales invoices and credit notes as required.
Skills:
1. Proven experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in using accounts and payroll packages.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Experience of using Excel, Word, and Microsoft applications.
6. An accounting qualification of AAT or QBE.
