What You'll Do: Oversee all aspects of nightshift production and packing to meet daily targets. Manage and motivate a team, ensuring efficiency and high-quality standards. Implement and monitor health & safety and hygiene protocols. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
