In this role, based at our High Wycombe office, you will be a key member of the cross-functional therapy area team involved in the delivery of value through medical input and leadership to strategy and activities for the benefit of patients and healthcare professionals. We are spearheading a new era for Oncology, focusing on bladder cancer, we are dedicated to addressing and solving some of the most important unmet medical needs across the entire patient pathway. If you share our passion and want to be the driver of your own career, then we'd love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain awareness of the latest scientific and clinical advances in Bladder Cancer through actively engaging with key clinicians and academics Build and maintain a good understanding of NHS issues affecting the therapy area, including NHS priorities and market access issues or barriers Contribute to the local evidence generation plan, identify data gaps and propose mechanisms to fill them Involvement in the development of the medical affairs strategy for the Bladder Cancer therapy area Lead and collaborate on projects and activities in support of the medical plan, including clinical advisory board meetings Collaborate with Market Access colleagues providing medical expertise on Health Technology Appraisal submission(s) Review materials and activities as a final signatory Education : GMC registered physician Experience and Skills: Required: Ability to learn quickly, assimilate and distil large amounts of information and build and manage relationships Proficiency in communicating scientific/clinical information to expert audiences as well as non-expert audiences Commercially astute ABPI code final signatory status Experience with ABPI Code of Practice Preferred: Healthcare experience working in Genitourinary Oncology Experience supporting Health Technology Appraisal Submissions Experience of coaching / mentoring Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
