They are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to their residents, focusing on person-centred approaches and specialised services for those with dementia and nursing care needs.
In the role of Deputy Nurse Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursing and dementia Home.
Leading and supervising the nursing and care team to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Managing shared on-call responsibilities as part of the leadership team.
Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and maintaining excellent care practices.
Providing direct nursing care as needed, including palliative care.
Collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure person-centred care.
Package and Benefits:
The Deputy Nurse Manager role comes with an attractive package, including;
Annual salary of up to £51,000.
Full-time hours, 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts from 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm.

To be considered for the Deputy Nurse Manager role, you should have:
Active NMC pin number.
Experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN).
Previous experience in a deputy management role.

Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
Experience in elderly care and general nursing.
