PurelyAutomotive Recruitment Ltd are proudly searching for motivated andexperienced Service Advisor to join our client based in WarringtonCheshire.
AsService Advisor reporting to the Service Manager you will provideoutstanding customer care and be the vital link between customersand the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicingand keep customers up to date at every stage whilst answering anyquestions or queries they may have. You will also liaise withtechnicians & workshop control about vehicle statusesensuring all vehicles are ready ontime.
Youwill also have the ability to give best advice on products andservices to customers. This is a challenging role where customercare always comes first and you will take the time to talk topeople build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what customerswant and need. Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patternswhich can typically include weekends to ensure they provide ourcustomers with the highest possible levels ofservice.
Requirements
We are lookingfor experienced Service Advisors from within the automotiveindustry with excellent organisational and administrative skillsalong with good attention to detail. You must be immaculatelypresented and possess a strong customer service background as youwill be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a verybusy and demanding environment. A working knowledge of Kerridge /Pinnacle or other automotive based systems would beadvantageous.
