Sub Agent
About the Role:
As a Sub Agent, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of water treatment solutions for a major project. You will provide technical expertise, lead engineering teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
As a Sub Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing technical guidance and expertise on water treatment processes, technologies, and equipment
Supervise all works to ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained
Ensure all Risk Assessments and Methodology Statements are in place
Developing conceptual designs, detailed engineering drawings, and specifications for water treatment systems
Be able to identify any design issues and raise these to the attention of the Project Manager and Commercial Team whilst providing solutions
Diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions to optimise performance
Maintain programme and identify opportunities
Ensuring projects comply with all relevant water treatment regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements
Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and progress
Maintain a full and accurate daily site diary, including any specialist attendance and any changes/ variations
What we are looking for:
A proven track record as a Sub Agent or similar role within the water treatment industry
Recognised Civil Engineering or Site Management Qualification
CSCS Management
First Aid
SSSTS
