Customer Services Representative
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Services Representative to join their client who is based in Staines, Surrey. This is a hybrid role.
Customer Services Representative duties include:
1. To provide customer support for the range of products and services, engaging with customers via telephone, live chat, and E-mail.
2. Log and resolve first line Customer Service fault calls, ensuring attention, resolution, and appropriate escalation of reported faults.
3. Resolving Provider and Insurer issues.
4. Understand and comply with Customer Service operating procedure, service level agreements, and associated targets.
5. Understand and comply with Information Security and Data Protection procedures.
6. Support rollout of systems as directed by Team Manager.
7. Support, as requested, testing of new systems.
8. Assessing call severity and passing to 2nd level support.
9. Assist in data gathering required for new customers.
10. Support pre-sales and sales activities by handling incoming enquiries from prospective customers.
11. Manage specialist acquisition from registration to subscription - by providing support, online training, and ongoing communication.
Customer Services Representative required skills, knowledge, and experience:
1. MS Office proficient.
2. A minimum of 3 years Customer Service experience.
3. Excellent telephone manner.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Copes well under pressure.
6. Flexible approach to work / multi-tasking.
7. Works independently without supervision.
8. Takes a logical approach to problem solving.
9. Empathise with customer situation, using good listening skills.
10. Strong desire to assist customers.
11. Friendly outgoing personality.
12. Ability to demystify technical issues using plain language.
13. Pro-active and show initiative.
