The role will have a positive impact on the delivery of a high-quality learning experience for our staff and our students and will having a positive impact on patient care, staff retention and health and wellbeing Interviews: Week Beginning 17th February 2025 Main duties of the job Main Duties and Responsibilities This key operational and strategic leadership post leads on the commissioning and delivery of Nursing and Midwifery education and development for the Trust as well as have operational responsibility for the CPD utilisation and student placements as well as managerial responsibilities for the Corporate Practice Education Team and their deliverables This role will be part of the wider team in the delivering the Trust's nursing strategy, the Trust's workforce plan and the development and support framework around the Trusts Professional Practice Model. The post-holder will engage with all levels of the Nursing & Midwifery structure in order to shape and develop the strategic approach to Nursing and Midwifery education, as well as working in collaboration with colleagues in the learning and organisational development facility and other workforce teams and external stakeholders.
