Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
* Manage scheduling and appointments using Microsoft Office and other office software.
* Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Cloud Accounting software as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as required, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
* Handle correspondence, both electronic and paper-based, efficiently and accurately.
Experience
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in computerised systems.
* Strong clerical skills with a focus on data entry accuracy.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
* A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service is essential.
