Content Manager Where you'll play Reporting into the Head of Brand Content, you will be responsible for the content roadmap and merchandising for our Sky Vegas and Sky Bet Games Gaming Brands. As the Sky Content Manager, you'll use customer obsession, strategic thinking, analytical skills and creativity to deliver high quality Gaming content to create differentiated and market leading experiences for Sky Betting and Gaming. We want you to work with our Suppliers, Researchers, Designers, Engineers and Marketers to shape customer experiences and achieve our vision. You will play a key role in driving engagement, retention, and revenue by delivering high-quality, compelling content that is tailored to our customer cohorts. How you'll play it Understand our customers; their motivations, Gaming preferences and tendencies through customer insights to effectively solve customer problems in creative and simple ways Be data driven and insight led, conducting the relevant research and using customer insight to make decisions, and providing regular updates on content performance. Content Curation: Curate and manage the casino games portfolio, including slots, table games and instant win games. Selecting new games that appeal to the target audience and align with business objectives. Own and optimise Sky Gaming’s content positioning and site layouts, ensuring our sites & apps always present an engaging array of content fit to the customer’s needs. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of their best content to our brands. People Management: Line management responsibility for Content Executives and Graduates on rotation in the team. Promotions and Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to develop campaigns and promotions around our content launches to drive player engagement and revenue. Project Management: Work closely with the Games Delivery Team to ensure the prioritised roadmap is delivered in a timely fashion. What you’ll bring Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UK gaming market, customer behaviours and player preferences, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve. Experience working in an e-commerce or m-commerce environment, ideally in a B2C product/content role Collaboration: Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver products that meet business objectives. Strategic thinking: Able to develop and own content strategy, always challenging the status quo to deliver the best experience for our customers. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements. A good sense of humour, willingness to learn and can-do attitude. Leadership Skills: The ability to coach and develop Content Executives & Graduates on rotation in the team.
