Are you an experienced tutor with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to provide personalised learning support to students with a range of additional needs, helping them to reach their full potential. About the Role: Deliver tailored 1:1 or small group tuition to students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties. Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and abilities. Support students in developing confidence, independence, and academic skills. Work closely with parents, schools, and other professionals to create effective learning plans. Flexible working hours to fit your availability. Requirements: Experience in tutoring or teaching students with SEN. A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, PTLLS, DTLLS, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of strategies to support students with diverse learning needs. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
