The overall purpose of this role is to work with children and young people (CYP) who reside in a refuge or safe house/sanctuary accommodation or within the community, and who are experiencing family domestic abuse, and/or who are harming a family member.

Salary: £25,058 FTE (Prorated to £13,782 pa for 22 hours per week)
Responsibilities
* Hold an NNEB, BTEC in Early Childhood Development or similar Level 3 qualification
* Experience of working with families affected by Domestic Abuse
* Support children and families for at least 1 year
* Must have a valid full UK driving licence
Role Details
Work with CYP in various settings, carry out assessments, work in partnership with other services, complete risk assessments, design and deliver therapeutic sessions, and ensure safeguarding.

* Understanding of related issues and safeguarding
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* IT skills and ability to work across locations
