Salary: £12,348 - £22,072 (dependent on your age based on apprenticeship pay brackets)

We are thrilled to be offering an apprenticeship opportunity within our HR Advisory team to complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship and gain a CIPD qualification.
This role provides the right person with the chance to excel in a supportive environment while fulfilling the required level of HR assistance for the team.
The purpose of this role is to advise on various HR issues, manage the HR Advisory inboxes, and solve and escalate queries. You will also coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, inviting attendees, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Ideally, you will have some administrative background and working knowledge of MS Office. Crucial qualities include precision and adaptability, along with exceptional communication skills. Your ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies is essential, as it enables you to engage with colleagues and external stakeholders.
