Primary Responsibilities
1. Cell Therapy Sales and Business Development:
* Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry conferences and events.
* Qualify leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through to closure.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and our company.
1. Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
* Understand client needs and challenges in order to position our bioreactor solutions as essential to their operational success.
1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
* Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key players, market trends, and potential opportunities.
* Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets.
* Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance metrics and optimize sales processes.
1. Technical Expertise and Support:
* Serve as a technical expert on our bioreactor products, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
* Collaborate with our engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions that meet client-specific requirements.
1. Market Positioning and Brand Awareness:
* Promote our brand and products through presentations, demonstrations, and participation in industry forums.
* Collaborate with marketing to generate collateral and sales tools to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
* Help in researching and developing VOC (Voice of the Customer) input for new products and services.
