The Role: As a Plumbing Remedial Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating plumbing remedial works, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with industry regulations. You will lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to drive performance and maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate a team of remedial plumbers, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with water hygiene and safety regulations. Carry out remedial plumbing work, including dead leg removals, TMV servicing, pipework modifications, and cylinder replacements. Provide technical support and mentorship to engineers, assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving. Liaise with clients, site managers, and compliance teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor job progress, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget. Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, ensuring documentation aligns with regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification). Experience in remedial plumbing and water hygiene compliance. Proven leadership or supervisory experience within the plumbing industry. Strong understanding of HSG274, ACoP L8, and other relevant water regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively. Full UK driving licence (as travel between sites may be required).
