Executive Assistant – Boutique Litigation Law Firm!
Are you a proactive and adaptable individual with a passion for providing exceptional support? One of our boutique law firm clients is seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to join their dynamic, friendly team.
This role is a permanent, full-time role working 5 days a week (9:30 am - 18:00 pm) in their offices which are a walkable distance from Charing Cross station! They are paying competitively up to £60k!
You will be providing 1:1 direct support to the Founding Partner and your duties will include:
* Extensive and complex diary and inbox management
* 1:1 support
* Ensuring seamless coordination in a fast-paced environment.
* Various secretarial tasks such as managing diaries and inboxes
* Assisting with billing matters
* Formatting documents
* Arranging travel itineraries
The ideal candidate is someone who is self-sufficient, flexible, thrives under pressure, and has at least 8 years of law firm experience (preferably in litigation).
This is a pivotal role that requires a professional who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and adapt to the ever-changing demands of a boutique firm.
