We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Service Technician to join our warehouse team at our Devon Community Equipment Service Centre based in Exeter. You'll be working as part of an engaged and motivated team for a company that is committed to reward and recognition for a job well done.

Our job as a healthcare equipment provider is to supply the necessary aids for day-to-day life. We have found that even the simplest of equipment, such as a walker or minor adaptations to the home can make a significant impact in giving people the confidence to live independently. We improve lives every day through the delivery of high-quality equipment.
The Role:
* Work effectively as part of the warehouse team within the service centre
* Stock management including labelling and logging of equipment
* Picking, packing and loading equipment to assist with the installers
* Updating of order and stock systems with use of scanner
* Manage the photographing, recycling and servicing of specialist community equipment
* Maintain and administer key bespoke products on the provider equipment catalogue
* Support the team with periodic stock checks and general warehouse duties as required
* Generate and produce reports and attend meetings as required
* You may also undertake specialist project work to support the management team
* Quarantine, sterilise and re-pack equipment and ensure paperwork is documented, logged and filed
* Maintenance and housekeeping of the service centre, including in some cases repairs of equipment including PAT testing
* You may be required to assist the field-based Installation Technicians on occasion
About you:
* Strong previous warehouse experience
* Electro-mechanical skills are required to repair and service equipment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
* Must be able to work off your own initiative as well as part of a team
