The Senior Quantity Surveyor will quickly become an integral part of the team, developing junior surveyors and managing a number of large packages across the project.As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
* Contract administration (NEC)
* Cost management duties including cost planning, budgeting and forecasting
* Manage the procurement process by preparing tender documents, managing subcontractor negotiations and contract agreements
* Prepare/agree interim valuations and process payment applications from subcontractors
* Identify, analyze and mitigate financial and contractual risks
* Provide the commercial leadership team with detailed financial reports showing cost-to-complete forecasts, cash flow analysis and project performance
* Provide guidance and support to junior staff
