We are working with a luxury property company who are looking for a Lettings Team Assistant. The ideal candidate will have an element of property experience or a key interest in the industry. The team are highly sociable, and the role requires someone with a confident personality who would love a career with the company as there is lots of room for progression.
Duties include:
1. General administrative duties in relation to sales, lettings, property management, and accounts department when necessary.
2. Organise all required non-managed compliance i.e. GSC, EPC, EICR, R2R.
3. Respond to non-managed landlord queries.
4. Organise required pre-tenancy works & compliance as required e.g., inventory, clean.
5. Manning the office when the negotiators or any other staff members are out on appointments.
6. To answer the phone within 3 rings and field any telephone calls, taking messages and referring to an appropriate member of the team.
7. To be responsible for opening up the office in the morning, as well as closing up the office should no one else be available.
8. Enter invoices onto RPS for all non-managed works and all pre-tenancy works.
9. Working closely with the office coordinator to support a very busy office.
Key Characteristics:
1. Excellent inter-personal skills.
2. Excellent typing skills.
3. Computer literate – able to use Word for Windows, Excel, Outlook.
4. Excellent telephone manner.
5. Good use of English – able to compose letters and emails, etc.
6. Self-motivated and well organised.
7. Proactive and positive attitude.
